孔明燈 Sky Lantern [CNY 2012 - Day 1]

Woahhh...I was so excited!!! First in my lifetime I ever lighted the Sky Lantern... Chinese called it Kongming Tanglung 孔明燈
My brother in law bought from JB & we all make a lot of wishes prior the event.

Wish for a good health, promotion, stay pretty, getting rich....hahahaha...alots (sound greedy yea...)

We lighted up quite a lot, 12 sky lanterns I think...

According to Wikipedia Sky lanterns, also known as Kongming Lantern or Chinese lanterns are airborne paper lanterns that are best known as a tradition found in some Asian cultures. They are constructed from oiled rice paper on a bamboo frame, and contain a small candle or fuel cell composed of a waxy flammable material. When lit, the flame heats the air inside the lantern, thus lowering its density causing the lantern to rise into the air. The sky lantern is only airborne for as long as the flame stays alight, after which the lantern sinks back to the ground.

Sky lanterns are also referred to as sky candles or fire balloons, however the latter term is also used to refer to balloon munitions used during World War II.

Lanterns have proved extremely unpopular with farmers in many countries due to the potential for causing crop fires and the chance of death of livestock on consuming the lantern remains upon landing.

It's being a long time I never blog. Being occupied with works, baking, housekeeping, finding a nice curtains...
At the end, I choose custom made for my curtains & it cost me MYR 308 with sewing cost.
2 sets of 3 panel windows. + 1 set of 2 panel windows
I think is reasonable la...

And I felt quite irritated on my living room....the more I clean up, it seem the more mess up.
I wonder why I got so many things need to be tidy up.

And I suppose to be at Cameron Highland with my husband & in-laws family.

Suppose to be in this Puncak Arabella Apartment & enjoying steamboat now...

So unfortunately, my husband's dog diagnosed kidney failure & need to feed on medicines.
No choice, have to let go the holiday's trip & accompany my husband to take care of the pet.
Hopefully, I able to finish up my housekeeping as soon as possible before CNY.

I was waiting for MBA intake from University Technical of Malaysia - UTEM
I enrolled last year & the administration explained that my application is currently in KIV due to I not yet gained my one year working experience from my graduation.
They did not consider my working experiences prior to my graduation.

Well, what to do...have to wait lor...
If possible, I will be offered for this coming November's intake.

I choose UTEM for it's fee is the cheapest among all.

The course has 15 papers & I targeted to complete within 2 years.

Memory - 670 ( I wonder why my memory is not good. I need to train well in this area to catch up)

And I have an overall 728 BPI

From a week's time, I'd improved from 680 to 728 BPI.

Hmm....not good enough..must be hardworking a bit to get better....

Hang Jebat Swimming Pool, Krubong Melaka

Just coming back from swimming at Pusat Akuatik Hang Jebat, with my husband & niece.
We went at around 6pm & entrance per person is MYR 3

Is rather cheap if compared to MBMB Swimming Pool at Bandar Hilir, as I need to travel for almost 45minutes from Cheng. Somemore today is Sunday, for sure there would be traffic jammed every where.

Is indoor swimming & quite big...and the water is really cold.
I enjoyed my Sunday...Lalalala...la

It's being a long time I didn't update my blog....busy with works...works... and works...
But happy to share that I just got my increment & performance band. Indeed there's a saying ~ hardwork is rewarding....Hmmm...yea, is true.

Well, currently I enrolled for online brain training. It's about designed games that can help to improve our speed, memory, attention, flexibility & problem solving in cognitive thinking.

Speed Games :

Able to train us to think more clearly and quickly, improve reaction time, increase alertness and awareness, and enjoy the benefits of faster cognitive processes. This training will help make us to become sharper at work and slow the effects of aging.

Memory Games :

We need to start with a memory game. Research has shown parts of our memory are closely related to general intelligence and IQ. Remember locations and names, improve sense of direction, and recall important information more quickly and accurately.

Attention Games :

Taking birthday leave today....whoa....must enjoy my birthday before new company take over & stop this kind of benefit.
Well, went to Kenny Roger @ Jusco for a lunch with my hubby.

Then we went for a movie ~ Zookeeper..
The movie is nice but we're not enjoyed that much...coz the cinema is freezing too cold....

And at home, my husband took out a cake that he had ordered earlier.
Blueberry flavour & it taste very nice.

But Lao Gong, I still prefer Yeast Pastry punya cake leh....

Pap smear test

I woke up 6.15am today.
Surprisingly, I won't be wake up so early if it's not weekday.
Somehow feel enough sleep...

Maybe I worry to go for pap smear test.
One of my colleague has tested HPV infection & the doctor said need to further check whether the infection is a cancer virus or not.

HPV doesn't mean that you have lotsa of sexual partner & you would get, but sexually active.
So far I know the cheapest vaccines is offered by Putra Specialist which cost less than MYR 600 for 3 vaccines.

For those who aged 13 or you are in Form 1 student, you can take your free HPV vaccines in school or government hospital.

My Convocation

Wow, indeed tiring...luckily I didn't bring along my parents

Well, my husband & I depart from Melaka at around 7pm after picking up my fren ~ Joleen together.
We stayed overnight at her condo ~ Desa Impiana, Puchong
With Joleen's new Papago GPS guidance, we manage to reach Puchong within 2 hours.

Quite affordable, cost around MYR 6xx ( I forgot the actual price )

And got many features, such as 3D landmarks, very details display & direction even in urban areas

A very peaceful condo, and I love the swimming the most.

We then headed to OUM campus to get our convo robe & then search for a studio for a nice picture.

And this studio charged me MYR 100 for 3 photos & promised with touched up effect
(but ended up with no touch-up)

I'd say it's expensive lor...

We all woke up very early at 5.30am on 20.11.2010, depart to PWTC hall at 6.45am & reached there at round 7.30am.
We took some photo before heading to queue up the line

A lots of graduates in this ceremony, and I hope Siew Ling do attend with me.

Trying to book for flight ticket for my family to come

Surprisingly, it cost MYR 882 per person for a return flight. Wow...why so expensive?
And I try to look for MAS Airline, wishing to get for a lower rate.

I wonder whether MAS & Air Asia is 'pakating' with each other, it also cost expensive at MYR 1,048
How to save money like that, all the saving 'donated' to airlines every year...lol

I went back to Sibu for Raya holidays.
Book flight at last minutes, applied leave on last minutes, packed my luggage in last minutes too
Feel strongly wanna going back...to visit my grandpa.

This is my grandpa. He's having liver cancer...in critical stage

His feet is swelling.

He hardly walk & eat.

Pity him, can only sit & lay down on the bed...

The young guy is my cousin, a year elder than me.

It's his big day ~ engagement day

They celebrated in with grandpa in order to make him happy...as my cousin is the only grand-boy.

Planned to go office initially, I've pending for 3 days cycle count never done.

But, as yesterday I reached home at almost 12 midnight then watched movie till almost 2am...I woke up very late in this morning. So, feel lazy to go lor...

This whole week really busy. My youngest auntie & the family came to Melaka...and visit me. I brought them to eat Satay Celup at Ong Kim Wee, then fetch them to Tesco shopping on last Sunday. After that accompany them to visit her elder son new rent house in Bukit Beruang. Again reached home very late at night.

Then my father's side auntie & cousin came to Melaka as well on Tuesday night. They dunno how to come to my house from Melaka Raya. I be their live GPS lor. We went to Jetty for a short walk then fetch my sister from tuition. Again brought them to Tesco, coz near to my house ma. They stayed in my house for 2 nights.

Indeed tiring.

I received a gift from Ms Lee ~ a thermos.

I remember I told her earlier that my new office is very cold. And I felt so surprise & touching that she is really concern about me. She remind me to make some 'pao sheng' with the thermos for daily drinks.

She indeed a very nice lady boss, I can recall that there's once I'm having flu. She blended for me orange juice in order to build up my immune system. Only then, I started to fall in love with orange juice.

Therefore, I bought 2 a/c books as a return. As she's now taking LCCI to enhance her knowledge, I hope my gift can provide her some extra references.

I enrolled for advance excel class recently, RM 150 for 10 lessons. Learn on those typical part such as pivot table, vlookup formula and many more.

Actually can get free demo or online training on this excel part. But...you know la..I stupid enough to learn without a teacher.

Well, last Sunday on my lesson... I meet a new friend ~ Winnie age 20. She enroll quite a lot of lessons, microsoft office & LCCI. She's working as a clerk in Cheng area. (Sound hardworking ya)

And she told me that her work load is heavy & miserable. And the worse part is her lady superior is so much
nasty. Asked her to key in manually for debtor aging. Sound ridiculous rite.

Hai.. I teached her how to get the aging report instantly from UBS accounting with few clicks. And she complained further more on doing some schedule for their year end audit purposes. One of the report need to list down those sales more than RM1000. So, she told that need to get the data manually from the statement & spent most of her time.

Again I "rescued" her.....by teaching her to go UBS Stock report - sales listing & export the listing to excel; then custom filter the report by choosing the column greater than RM1000.

She's so happy on my guidance. And I feel so sad on her...having such a nasty superior.

Thank God & feel SO fortunate that my superior is not like that. He won't kedekut ilmu (even somtimes I do, depends on the people I meet), he has a remarkable endurance & humorous.

Do you jealous of me??

Well, I'm counting my blessing..What should I ask for more, rite ?

我在想啊，难道我的侄女紧拥抱着我的那个举动，就不代表爱了吗？俗话不是也都说行动比言语来的更实际吗？

Vaccine on H1N1

I took vaccine on H1N1, FOC by the company. If took vaccine at private sector, need to pay at around RM60, so thanks to the company on this.

Felt very pain as the needle inject the vaccine into my body. The pain last for around 10 minutes. Wah...almost cry man...I keep warning myself not to cry along the path back to my office...I'm big girl already...And the consequences is, I feel giddy, weak n sleepy.

At night, I felt very cold. Even though I covered with my comforter. Cannot sleep well, on n off awake from 3am till morning.

Indeed a nightmare.
Hey clarice, should be grateful leh. it protect you from disease.

Felt frustrated actually, trying to upload a lot of photo...but failed. The connection keep lagging !!!!!
I wanna upload my photo leh =(

Any the way, I finally resigned from Fu Yun, after servicing for a year. Feeling bad to leave actually, miss the freedom, can access internet & msn whenever I like... and sometimes if I'm late, management didn't complaint on me...

That's why many will say, there's a gain and loss on our choice. Unlike Fu Yun, so convenient at the parking lot ... no need to walk for a far distance to the office. My new working place need to search for parking and then walk & cross over the bridge. Need to wake up very early in the morning, if not I won't be puntual for work.

I consider on holiday for the 1st week in NS. It always so miserable for the 1st few days at the new working place lor, waiting for the orientation, looking for canteen, ladies, leader and so on. Need to watch out what to say and not to say.

My boss punya boss remind me that, in Ns need to be patient...if come accross things that I don't know, MUST ASK !!! Not only to do our work...think in a wider perspective, then only can move very far. "You want to move very far, rite?" he asked.

Definitely ler !!

I appreciate him for the words. And to let you all know, I felt very fortunate being hired in Ns. Felt fortunate in MNC working place, able to learn new concept, expose to right attitude working environment & being leaded under a nice leader.

Penang Trip - Day 1

Room 404 we got, sis said why got such a number. I said nevermind la..Stop thinking nonsense will cause nothing. Surprisingly, the room is extremely big...with two double bed & big bathroom. Unlike First World Hotel, this hotel's bathroom can fit up to 4-5 people to shower. Hahaha...

Nice right, can choose this hotel next time. My sister like this room very much. Till she feel very sayang wanted to leave on the next day.

I can't believe myself not being updating my blog for 2 months. Am I that busy?

Firstly, I'm busy with my company's custom stuff, 3 years report preparation. Then with company year end audit preparation. You know la...year end closing, mana ada senang & relax one...LOL

I'm just coming back from my holiday trip to Penang + Cameron , 4 days 3 nights with my husband and my sister, via little Kancil. Amazing rite, can drive all way up to Penang ... two ways almost 1200km. I also salute my own Kancil. Kambateh !!!

I will soon upload my photos... As I really busy with my assignments, 2 more to be completed & soon my final exam ~ gotta 3 papers this semester. Left one semester to graduate.

10 days

Time flies. They have being here for 10 days. On 1st day school re-open, I brought my sis for her registeration. She doesn't like SMK Malim, complaint that got gangster, students always making noise & doesn't look like a school.
I started to worry then. I've asked a lot of other's opinion regarding which school is better. Some said every school got gangster & complicated, a person's successfulness is not depending on the school.
Some said SMK Notre Dame Convent is better, at least those teachers are better.
I accepted Ms Lee's advise & took half day leave immediately for the next working day, in order to apply school transfer for my sis.

Everything going on smoothly, settled & completed within half day. The Jabatan Pelajaran Melaka has approved the transfer. She can immediately report to school on Thursday.
Then, she like Notre Dame very much. On her 1st day itself, got many homeworks & notes to be completed. She felt happy then. She likes the teachers, friends and the school as well.

And the important part, our relationship become closer. We even go for rebonding our hair together.

Now, is papa's turn for me to worry. He started to feel boring and empty at home. He need a job.
I try very hard to find a job for him. Welding, his expertize seem a burden to him as his age reach 53 this year.

I wish God can hint me a way for a solution. I believe when there's a will, there will be a way.

I took 1/2 day leave on this coming Monday. To bring her & papa to school for her 1st day registration. Don't know the school fee yet, I think need to spend some $$ for fee & school bus.

I should be happy...

Papa & Ai Ching (my sister) are here already. But this caused inconvenient & no freedom to my beloved husband.

They conquer the living room & TV as well... He no where to stay, hide in study room. Put on his head speaker & listen to his favourite songs. He said no freedom in MSN...

What can I do... I'm working in the office today, I can't bring them to shopping either. They have to hang around in living room....Tak kan la ask them to stay in their room & not to come out.

I don't mean my husband that kind of people...just suddenly he can't get used to it, I guess.

Miserable rite?

I told my feeling to Ms Khoo & Ms Lee as well.... Both said this is just a temporary period. Everything will get better, in time to come.

Phew....I should think positively. I need to manja manja my husband ma...I shouldn't blame blame ma.

Exam really drive me crazy. Yesterday one paper - Management Accounting II, today another more - Taxation II....this Sunday another one paper - Portfolio Invesment Analysis

I NEED A BREAK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Taking 4 papers really a burden to me.....I should have take less, maybe 3

then I won't finish my target on time. Plan to be completed in April then convo in November 2010

And, I just received a call for OUM Business & Management Faculty, Mr Adzam explained that :

I get to know him when I watch Hong Kong comedy drama ~ You're Hired

Although he is not handsome...but definitely he is a good actor. The drama is about how the main actor is changing his mindset; that money & authority are not the priority to him after an incident. And also acting how he is in love with main actress ~ Ah Sheh

This movie is really interesting, humor & teach people to be wise in making decision.

I finished this drama in 4 nights...imagine....

* “The stock market will be further liberalised to enhance its efficiency as well as attract domestic and foreign investment. For this purpose, the government will undertake the following measures: First, liberalise the commission sharing arrangements between stockbrokers and remisiers in 2 stages to encrouage retail participation in the stock market. The first stage, which takes effect immediately, allows flexible brokerage sharing at a minimum rate of 40 percent for remisiers. The commission sharing will be fully liberalised in the second stage, effective 1 January 2011.

The purpose of this study is to ensure that if GST needs to be implemented to stabilised Government finance, it will not burden the population. “If the government implements GST, it will replace the current sales tax and service tax as well as exemption will be granted to the low income group. The GST rate to be imposed will be lower than the current sales tax and service tax rates.

* “The government needs to ensure that the Malaysian tax system is equitable and able to generate revenue for development purposes. In line with this, the government proposes that a tax of five per cent be imposed on gains from the disposal of real property from 1 January 2010.

* Effective Jan 1 2010, government agrees to allow agencies to retain 50 per cent of rentals received while the remaining 50 per cent will be remitted to the government as revenue.

* The Government will implement fuel subsidy management system in early 2010.

* The Government proposes the maximum income tax rate to be further reduced to 26 per cent from 27 per cent effective from the 2010 year of assessment.

* Maximum tax rate for cooperatives will be reduced to 26 per cent while the fixed tax rate for non-resident individuals will be cut to 26 per cent.

* Personal tax relief will be increased to RM9,000 from RM8,000 effective from the 2010 year of assessment.

* The Government also proposes income tax on employment income of Malaysians and foreign knowledge workers residing and working in Iskandar Malaysia be imposed at 15 per cent compared with the maximum 26 per cent for the rest of the country.

* Government to launch a scheme in January 2010 that enables EPF contributors to utilise current and future savings in Account 2 to promote house ownership.

* RM14.8 billion is allocated to manage, build and upgrade hospitals and clinics.

* The Government will issue 1Malaysia Sukuk totalling RM3 billion.

* The Government will establish the 1Malaysia Retirement Scheme to be administrated by EPF.

* Employees EPF contributions will be raised again to 11 per cent on a voluntary basis with immediate effect. However, from Jan 1, 2011 employees' EPF contribution will revert to 11 per cent.

* The Government proposes existing personal tax relief of RM6,000 for EPF contributions and life insurance premiums be raised to RM7,000.

* Government allocates RM2.3 billion to build and upgrade infrastructures in rural areas.

* Government provides RM41 million to improve income and quality of life of the Orang Asli Community by implementing various projects.

* Budget 2010 allocations totalled RM191.5 billion, of which RM138.3 billion is for operating expenditure and RM53.2 billion for development expenditure.

My mom called me at yesterday morning, informed that my sis & papa are not coming to Melaka.
Feel frustrated to know such news. Why must they not confident in me?

I hung up the call....

Feel sorry later on...

Called back my mom to ask further clarification & WHY ???

Then she said...she almost died the night before !!!!!!!! Sesak nafas...
HUH??!!

How come in so sudden ?

She was babysit & suddenly felt hard to breath. And she couldn't even sleep for the whole night.
She afraid & worried that, if papa & sis come to Melaka, there's no body there at her side.

Ya oh...if papa come here then nobody would send her to hospital for emergency rescue...

Fine, my sis can come along here ma. I can fetch her at the airport. Easy job, no need papa accompany.
I planned so much for her.
Plan to get bus transport for her daily schooling
Plan to set for her study timetable
Plan to bring her to both Air Panas Gadik & Jasin
Plan to bring her to Sagil Waterfall
Plan to go swimming & jogging with her on weekends
Plan to guide her how to get a scholarship for her future studies
fetch her to MMU one day...

Mom said...she got so many worries...Let my sis be her side, wait untill she finish her Form 5 studies...

I honestly confront my mom...OK , not I look down my sis...
If she come after her Form 5 rather just stay in Sibu for the rest of her life.. Nothing would change.
Dah lah she lazy at studies, un-independent... sometimes really 95% katak di bawah tempurung..

At least if she at my side, I can 'shape' her for a better person.

studies is not everything, but at least to secure something in future !!!!

After seeing doctor at Poliklinik Merdeka & took MC leave, I'm now resting at home.

Well, as you know...I soon to be graduate next year. Wondering whether to continue my qualification as ACCA professional or not?

After surfing online on more information on ACCA course, as well as the exemption that I should be entitled...this is the result that I got :

So...still dilemma to continue or not to!!!!!!!!!!!!

I forced her to come here for her studies. This is due to her result is really poor & moreover, there's no one to guide or teach her.

I cant imagine i getting fatter. So, i decided 2 control my diet. For 2 consecutive nights, i took vege salad as dinner. Feel hungry actually, but i must keep my will strong n not to lose.A lot of baju cannot wear already, c my photo earlier.

Slim enough can seduce people :p I saw a 3 in 1 sauna belt in lowyat. Wanted 2 buy so much. C i can lose every 2cm from my body. I am now 29 inches on waist. Oh my god,29 inches!!! I really cant take it. No longer photogenic as i used 2 be. So my target 2 lose down till 25 inches in a month. This is my october challenge. 3 in 1 sauna belt, i coming!

Day 1 in Cameron

As long as I update & upload & sharing, rite..

We woke up at 4am on the day (18.09.2009) Get things ready for my husband's friend to pick us up.
We waited, waited & wait... So hungry & my husband cooked for me a bowl of maggie.
Till 6.30 am they came. We headed to Cameron Highland then.
We stop at the Iskandar waterfall before we reach the hill.

Cold water sparkling, of course...
We then headed to check in our room in KRS Pines, which I'd booked a month earlier.
After putting our things down, we headed to Sam Poh temple and dinner in the evening.

We didn't travel much on 1st day, coz too tired and we reserved the energy for the next day junGLE TREccking!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jungle trecking leh....1st in my life time.. Is it walking in the jungle & admire the natural phenomena?

Again, I want to celebrate my Raya holidays in Cameron!!

My husband & I went first went to Cameron in year 2007.

Well, ignore the date showed at the photo... as I forget to do setting in the first place on my camera.

Suddenly got the mood to teach small kids to do puddings. Therefore, I decided to bring over my materials to Ms Khoo's house & carry out my project.

I told the girls, you know how to eat, must know as well how to do it ... they agreed with me & support me with their action. Never judge them doing things clumsily, or will give up in the half way.

Stirring the fruits powder into the water till sweating ... I can feel the passion and co-operation with me. LOL

While waiting for the puddings to cool down to the room's temperature before can pouring into moulds, we took photo and do bookmarks.

My Birthday ~ Part II

Same as last year, I cut 3 birthday cakes. The third one was at my new house, celebrated with Ms Khoo & her family members.

The girls help me to blow off the candles, as though is their birthday.

Thing surprised me the most was on the following day ~ 17.08.09.....where I got my final paper for my 7th sem in the afternoon. I came into office to bring my steamboat cooker for my colleagues in order to celebrate my lady boss birthday as well. A day after mine....

Well, to my surprise, my colleagues present me a watch, green top, handmade frame and a card. Feel so touching leh.. Muack !!

Most of you are under employment. Therefore, the term 'appraisal' seem familiar to everyone of you, rite?

According to Wikipedia, performance appraisal, also known as employee appraisal, is a method by which the job performance of an employee is evaluated (generally in terms of quality, quantity, cost and time). Performance appraisal is a part of career development.

Performance appraisals are regular reviews of employee performance within organizations

Generally, the aims of a performance appraisal are to:
1. Give feedback on performance to employees.
2. Identify employee training needs.
3. Document criteria used to allocate organizational rewards.
4. Form a basis for personnel decisions: salary increases, promotions, disciplinary actions, etc.
5. Provide the opportunity for organizational diagnosis and development.
6. Facilitate communication between employee and administraton
7. Validate selection techniques and human resource policies to meet federal Equal Employment Opportunity requirements.

Well, have you ever think of what are the criteria to measure the performance appraisal of employee in an organisation ?

In my opinion, the most essential & common criteria would be the efficiency & effectiveness of work performed. Thus, accuracy, leadership skills, problem solving skills, team work spirit & co-operation, timeliness, the quality of over-time performed as well as communication link are the common contributor factors to measure & evaluate your employee's ability...

Definitely, is not based on self-feeling of like or dislike of the employee, politic's issue & bias.

First of all, don't you think that it is essential to conduct on-the-job training to the new recruited employee in order to guide them & comply to the organisation's rules & regulations, as well as the standards. No matter how experienced the new recruited employee, training or even briefing is essential in order to acknowledge them on the organisation's culture & practise.

How do you expected them to know everything with no guidance & training provided, and at the end of the evaluation day; employer would highlight :

1. initiative is a must

2. multi-tasking is a must

3. problem-solving is a must

4. xxx is a must

So, who to be blamed? Is the employee itself not to be 'sen muk' (clever) enough to be initiative? or do extra work so called multi-tasking or kepo-kepo to involve in certain issue n give opinion then so called good in problem solving?

If those fresh graduate with pure heart don't know or not master the pusing-pusing skill ....sure they will be lost in the jungle as picture shown as below : -

Urinery Infection

OMG... I kena urinery infection. It's painful when I urine..

I went to Poliklinik Merdeka & seek for medication. The female doctor, Dr. Saw explained that I drink not enough of water, sometimes using public toilet also may caused this infection. Then she gave me this ural effervescent granules & antibiotic to alkaline & relieve my pain. If not cure in 2 days, I need to return & carry out my urine test for further checking. (So scary..)

What are the causes of UTI?

And I bought these, one for my parents-in-law & the other one for myself. The price-tag showing RM 39.90 for 720ml. But I bought at RM 31, from a pharmacy at Bachang area. ( I forgot the pharmacy name..LOL )

Online Tuition

I just registered for my sister few days ago on her online tuition programme.

I found this tutor.com.my at my streamyx account, programme provided for the children to study / do revision online, instead of attending tuition center.

I enrolled for my sister for a 90 days trial - RM 57 for 3 months fee.

I consider this programme is indeed very cheap as there are 6 subjects in total for her to assess online.

Apart from online notes can be downloaded, there are many exercises to try on as well as the assessment to monitor self-progress & improvement.

This is the outcome of my sister's achievement. Hahhaa, I would say really poor & need a lot of effort to get better result.
I keep advising her to study hard in order to get a scholarship for her tertiary education in time to come. For her own good, but she complained me for being so nanny...

She won't know. I'm so concern on her even almost wanted to get for her a English programme ~ Linguaphone

If she really put her effort in learning, she might be very fluent in her English.

Too bad to know that it cost RM 1988 for the whole set; even need to cost
RM 1398 without the player.

Well, too expensive..
Not afford at the moment.

And, my friend ~ Yann wise enough to suggest me to get a software on English education for my sister. At least if she never try on it, I won't feel pinch to spend so much for her...

Good idea, I will search some after my final exam in the month of August later.

This is my mom..Heeheee...She came to Melaka on 28.05.2009
My husband & I fetch her at LCCT Airport.

She almost postpone the trip to the end of the year, due to the suspect H1N1 flu attack Malaysia...

But, finally she came.
Therefore, we brought her to Genting...as she eagerly wanted to experience cable car up to Genting.

Inside the cable car...

Fortunately the wheather was good..Able to snap clear photo on the scene.

I bought this at RM 20...Expensive rite..But never mind la. For rememberance lor.
At least can let my mom show to her relatives ma...

Then bring her to the temple, to view the scene..

Actually, she don't like to take photo.. But I forced her to...No photo can't show she has being to Genting ma...Tak kan la want to use photoshop to touch up, rite??

But, I like to take photo very much!!!

My room package got free 2 ticket for Dreamz show. My mom went to Casino & gamble. My husband & I attended the show..

Dissappointly, it's not as interesting / attracting as I expected...from what I saw from TV advertisement lor..

Comparing to last year show, The Fly is very much better !!

After the show, we just walk around & take some photo..There's new stall which I didn't see on my previuos trip last few years.

Vietnam village with their culture...
Oh...have to go inside Casino & ask my mom back to First World & sleep..

Friday night; 29.05.2009...my coursemate Siew Ling from PPT Batu Pahat called me.
Informed me on our result can be viewed in LMS. I cannot access to internet as I move house lately & the Streamyx is yet activated.

I asked her favor to view my result. I read to her my login & p/word and she checked for me..Well, my result refer as below...

Again, my CGPA dropped.

I took another 4 subject for my 7th sem.

Another 2 sem to go, then I can graduate liao...

Switching place

My lady boss, Ms Lee is compassionate enough..My colleague complaining about the aircond is hot & got problem...Sooner after servicing & still having the same problem, she decided to install a cassette aircond.

Comparing to my ex-company...Kesian Rachel.

Back to my story...I must say, the uncle who installed the aircond memang not professional.. Instead of putting in the middle of the ceiling, he installed near to me place. Almost right under my seat.

I scared of cold leh.. This made everyone complained, those who sit far feel hot. They have to put the temperature lower so that feel cold.
Mati la I, freezing cold & get sick lo...

And I really cannot tahan, I request Ms Lee for switching place with my colleague.

This is my new working place.

So far so good, smaller a bit ... But indeed appreciate !!

My husband is sick

Ker lian lo.. my husband is sick for almost 4 days lor...

Took ubat also not recovered, the worst part see doctor 2 times & spent RM 65.00 also didn't turn for better. Everytime he coughed, his face will get pucat one. Dunno kena tibi or not... =P

Hope he will recover soon.

Then, my boss bought durian from this uncle. This uncle so efficiently, served us his fruits.

I forget to ask the uncle what grade were all the durians..Basically very nice smell & tempted me to eat more...

So, we all makan happily in the office conference room.

Talk about conference room, I miss my ex-company conference room ~ which has so much sweet memory with all my ex-colleagues to share our food, birthday party & other celebration together...

Never mind, I have strong feeling that my new company will have the same good relationship between colleagues as well...even better !!

Tidying my room

I was busy on my final exam ( sem 6 ), as well as tidying my room lately. I got free 4 units of empty good condition carton boxes from my new office, in order to pack my things... As I'm going to move soon... Yeah yeah, feeling excited & SO happy !!! I finally own a house.

As I tidy & sorting my documents, I found this article which I'd kept for ages..

I woke up early today, excited over all I get to do before the clock strikes midnight. I have responsibilities to fulfill today. I am important.

My job is to choose what kind of day I am going to have.

Today I can complain because the weather is rainy OR I can be thankful that the grass is getting watered for free.

Today I can feel sad that I don't have more money OR I can be glad that my finances encourage me to plan my purchases wisely and guide me away from waste.

Today I can grumble about my health OR I can rejoice that I am alive.

Well, how many people can practise such a good attitude in their daily life? Me myself, some yes some NO... I do have 70% of above mentioned attitude, the balance is not wise enough to practise in such a way. Maybe I should have more faith in GOD..
LOL.

Anyway, the carton boxes that I granted definitely not enough. I should have buy to supply more. Hahahaaa..

And tomorrow will be my second paper on Strategic Management. I must sleep earlier later & to wake up at 5.30am & hit my notes.. Hope can pass la.
