After seeing doctor at Poliklinik Merdeka & took MC leave, I'm now resting at home.
Feel not sleepy yet, therefore blogging some entry here.
Well, as you know...I soon to be graduate next year. Wondering whether to continue my qualification as ACCA professional or not?
After surfing online on more information on ACCA course, as well as the exemption that I should be entitled...this is the result that I got :
There are total 14 papers in order to complete a ACCA full course.
FUNDAMENTALS (nine papers in total)
Knowledge
F1 Accountant in Business
F2 Management Accounting
F3 Financial Accounting Skills
F4 Corporate and Business Law
F5 Performance Management
F6 Taxation
F7 Financial Reporting
F8 Audit and Assurance
F9 Financial Management
The Professional level is divided into two modules; Essentials and Options.
Both these modules have been set at an intellectual level equivalent to that expected of a student taking a Masters degree. The focus of the syllabuses at this level is to build upon the technical skills already acquired and explore more advanced professional skills, techniques and values that are required and used by the expert accountant acting in an advisory or consultancy role at a senior level. All students have to complete the three papers in the Essentials module. The Options module contains four papers, but you only need to complete two.
PROFESSIONAL (five papers in total)
Essentials
P1 Professional Accountant
P2 Corporate Reporting
P3 Business Analysis
Options (two to be completed)
P4 Advanced Financial Management
P5 Advanced Performance Management
P6 Advanced Taxation
P7 Advanced Audit and Assurance

If I would have take ACCA, I only entitled to 4 exemption papers. That means, I still need to sit for the rest of 10 papers in order to have a ACCA qualification.
10 papers!!!! If I would have take every 2 papers in a semester, ( one year = 2 semester ) I would be completed in 2.5 years ; provided I'd passed every papers smoothly.
So...still dilemma to continue or not to!!!!!!!!!!!!
Any idea, pls??!!
