This is my second time tried on vegetarian sweet sour roaster duck as dinner.
Crispier than my first trial, but more sour bit, coz put a bit much lemon on it.
I should decorate it better with chilies and cucumber slices,rite??
Anyway, I'll try again & again to make it perfect.
